The Board of Architectural Review will hold its bimonthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday. The Board will meet in village hall, and will consider applications for exterior alterations of existing buildings, appearance of new buildings, signage, and some fencing, and impose design conditions to ensure that buildings are designed in harmony with the community.

Israeli Folk Dance Classes are being offered every Tuesday at the JCC on the Hudson. Join Shmulik Gov-Ari and friends from 7:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. at 371 S. Broadway in Tarrytown. Enjoy learning and practicing modern and traditional Israeli dance, music, good exercise and great company. Classes are $10 for members and $13 for non-members. Wednesday
The SummerFest Concert Series at the Cross County Shopping Center continues on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. The free concert will feature U2 tribute band, 2U and will take place in The Green, the center of the mall between Armani Exchange and Zales. Expect great music and great times, and bring blankets and chairs if you like!
Thursday
The Scarsdale Public Library is holding Mother Goose Walkers on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. This program of songs, rhymes and books is free, and appropriate for children up to the age of 2.
Friday
Robert the Guitar Guy (Robert Markowitz) is a children’s singer, guitarist, songwriter, educator and recording artist who has written over six dozen children’s songs, and has three CD’s.
