The Second Empire style building was recently formally enlisted to the National Register of Historic Places.</p> <p>The Clubhouse acts as a community center, hosting approximately 500 events a year including an annual holiday gala while the stay at home mothers and retired professors who are members of the Club uphold traditions like Operation Bookshelf to distributing books worldwide.</p> <p>Divisions of the club include the League of Women Voters, the Associated Visiting Nurse Service and the Scarsdale Foundation.</p> <p>The Club's website is currently under construction.</p>
