The Scarsdale Neighborhood Association Presidents was formed by the property owners in a limited area in order forMore them to watch over the residents' immediate interests.</p> <p>SNAP meets monthly to discuss community issues such as housing, developments and traffic, village budget, taxation, education, safety, public service and other village business.</p> <p>A representative from SNAP is chosen to be a part of the Scarsdale Board Nominating Committee.</p> <p>The village of Scarsdale has 16 active neighborhood associations. Each group is represented on the Scarsdale Neighborhood Association Presidents.</p> <p>The neighborhoods within the village of Scarsdale are Arthur Manor, Berkley in Scarsdale, Bramlee Heights, Colonial Acres, Drake Edgewood, East Heathcote, Fox Meadow, Greenacres, Murray Hill/Middle Heathcote, Old Scarsdale, Overhill, Quaker Ridge, Scarsdale Meadows, Secor Farms, Sherbrooke Farms and West Quaker Ridge.</p>
