The Citizens Nominating Committee selects candidates for Village Mayor, Village Trustees and Village Justice.</p> <p>The Scarsdale Procedure Committee holds the CNC elections in early November. Two people are elected from each elementary school district. Each elected official serves a three-year term on the CNC.</p>
