At NY Sports & Spinal Physical Therapy, we offer solutions to today's health challenges.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest standards in the physical therapy field and are dedicated to the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of all orthopedic conditions. The intimate atmosphere of a small and cozy office allows us to closely work together towards the common goal of bringing our patients back to full health in the most efficient manner.

In addition to Physical Therapy we have additional services such as wellness programs (monitored structured workouts), personal training, and a Boot Camp.

Our Boot Camp will be launching with in the 2 weeks and we will be offering free classes for anyone to try out. * All Women classes!
