Five Things You Need to Know in Scarsdale: Band Concerts, Half-Price Drinks, Restaurant Week

A round-up of meetings, activities and news around town.

1. The will host Mother Goose Time for walkers up to age 2 at 9:30 and 10:30 a.m., along with a snow crafts session at 4 p.m. For more information, call the library at 914- 722-1300 or check out their calendar.

2. The will be holding a Teen Board Meeting at 7 p.m. The Board is open to all 9-12 graders who are students or residents of Scarsdale. If you're interested in becoming a member, fill out the form provided on the Center's website or call 914-722-8358. 

3. will hold a 4th-5th grade band and orchestra concert tonight from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Check out the school's calendar for additional activities occuring throughout the remainder of January.

4. When Thursday evening rolls around, it's at the Starting at 7 p.m., martinis and cosmopolitans are $5, and all female patrons drink for half-price until 11 p.m. 

5. It's currently Winter Restaurant Week at Fig & Olive. Celebrate the start of your weekend early with a three-course prix fixe meal featuring Riviera and Costal cuisine from the South of France, Italy and Spain.
