Five Things You Need to Know This Weekend: Spring Flings, Roller Derbies and Funny Money

2. 

Where: 127 North Broadway, Yonkers

When: Saturday, May 21, 7-9 p.m. 

Why Go: Suburbia Roller Derby takes on Queen City (Buffalo) in the last home bout of their spring season.

Pricing: $12 and up; kids under 8 free

3. 

Where: ArtsWestchester, 31 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains

When: Saturday, May 21, 2-3:30 p.m. 

Why Go: Design and create your own dollar bill. (Just don't try to spend it!)

Pricing: Free! 

4. 

Where: Greenburgh Nature Center, 99 Dromore Road, Scarsdale 

When: Sunday, May 22, 2 p.m.

Why Go: Explore Woodfrog Pond with naturalist John Mancuso as you use a net to catch some some live amphibians.

Pricing: Members, $2; Non-members, $6.

5. Children's Art Gala and Charity Auction 

Where: Gymboree Play and Music, 450 Central Park Ave, Scarsdale 

When: Sunday, May 22, 3-6 p.m. 

Why Go: Participate in silent auction with items including art donated by local Westchester Artists, tickets to Broadway shows, fragrances by L’Oreal, chocolates by Chocolations of Mamaroneck, passes to the Greenburgh Nature center and more.
